My husband and I stopped at this location yesterday so I could redeem my free birthday drink. We had never visited this location before and I was blown away. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. There was a drink that my husband could not remember the name of and as soon as he described it the barista knew. Without batting an eye she could tell is exactly what was in it. As it was my birthday I was given many birthday greetings by both staff members, along with then inquiring about how I was spending my day. My drink was made quickly and tasted amazing! The location was clean. I was so impressed by this Starbucks. I for sure will be visiting this location again soon!
Excellent busy efficient Starbucks with an outstanding customer service experience
This store has the sweetest, most efficient employees in all Gilbert Starbucks! I am a Starbucks junkie, and I go about three times a week and not always the same store. However, every time I come into the store, I get a welcome. I tell them “thank you” they respond back everytime. If I have a question they go above and beyond to answer it...just the cutest crew. You can really tell they enjoy what they do!
This is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever visited. I will return!
Great service, friendly employees and good seating. This is a great location. Usually not to busy. Seats are comfortable. Service is fast.
Cashier was very gracious. I couldn't log in to my app to reload my card (I noticed my card was short in the app while ordering). I asked if I could step aside so others could order while I figured it out. She said she'd save my order on the register. It took me a little bit to reset my password and save it on my phone so I could reload the card on the app. When I got it done, she graciously scanned my QR code and finished my order. She was so friendly and kind, it was a pleasure to go get coffee in spite of technical difficulties on my part.

Of all the units I attended (and there were many) this one is special because of the incredible service. Everyone was very friendly and that made all the difference so I kept coming back to this Starbucks.
